Bahan-bahan:

  1.  5 biji kurma, pilih yang jenis lembut ( bergantung kepada anda tetapi digalakkan dalam bilangan ganjil mengikut sunnah nabi)
  2. Air masak setengah cawan
  3. Susu segar / susu kotak satu cawan

Cara-cara:

  1. Asingkan biji kurma dan isi lalu carik-carikkannya 
  2. Rendamkan kurma dalam setengah cawan air masak sehingga kembang. (Cadangan: Rendam kurma selepas berbuka puasa dan minumlah semasa waktu sahur keeseokannya)
  3. Kisarkan kurma yang sudah mengembang bersama secawan susu segar
  4. Sedia untuk dihidang semasa sahur. Menu sahur 5 minit siap!

Menu ni sesuai untuk yang tua yang muda, bahkan anak-anak yang baru nak belajar puasa pun sesuai sangat bagi minum air susu kurma ni.

Ingredients:

  1. 5 dates, choose the soft type (it’s up to you but odd numbers are encouraged according to the Prophet’s sunnah)
  2. Half a cup of drinking water
  3. One cup of fresh milk or boxed milk

Instructions:

  1. Separate the dates from the seeds and chop them up
  2. Soak the dates in half a cup of drinking water until they expand. (Suggestion: Soak the dates after breaking the fast and drink it during the pre-dawn meal the next day)
  3. Grind the expanded dates together with a cup of fresh milk
  4. Ready to be served during the pre-dawn meal. 5-minute pre-dawn meal menu!

This menu is suitable for the young and old, even children who are just learning to fast will find drinking date milk suitable.
