Ingredients
• 1kg of orange sweet potatoes
• Adequate water
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons rice flour
Ingredients sira gula Melaka
• 250g of Malacca sugar
• ¼ cup of granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
• ¾ cup of water
• A knotted pandan leaf

• 1kg ubi keledek oren
• Air secukupnya
• 1 sudu garam
• 2 cawan tepung gandum
• 2 sudu tepung beras

• 250g gula melaka
• ¼ cawan gula pasir
• 1 sudu minyak masak
• ¾ cawan air
• Sehelai daun pandan simpul
