
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗶 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗮!
Resepi Lempeng Kelapa
Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1½ cup grated white coconut
1½ cup of water
A little bit of salt
1/2 tsp sugar
How to cook
1) Mix all the ingredients well. Heat a non-stick skillet and apply a little oil.
2) Take about one tablespoon of batter and place it in the pan. Flatten so that it is not too thick.
3) Wait for the bottom to cook and be slightly crispy. Invert so that the flour cooks evenly.
4) You are ready to lift and repeat the same process until ready.

Bahan-bahan
1 cawan tepung gandum
1½ cawan kelapa parut putih
1½ cawan air
Sedikit garam
1/2 sk gula
Cara masak
1) Satu kan kesemua bahan kacau hingga sebati. Panaskan kuali non-stick sapukan sedikit minyak.
2) Ambil lebih kurang satu senduk adunan letakkan dalam kuali. Ratakan supaya tidak terlalu tebal.
3) Tunggu bahagian bawah masak dan sedikit garing. Terbalikkan supaya tepung masak sekata.
4) Dah siap angkat dan ulang proses yang sama hingga siap.
