Using Collaborator App to scan Viver’s QR Code

The Viver’s QR code can be found on the Vivify App. However, if you have a Vivify Card, it is printed on the Card. Please make sure you have sufficient Tokens for Merchants to make redemptions.

Step 1

Tap on Me.

Step 2

Tap on QR Code.

Step 3

Allow the Merchant to scan your QR code shown on your app.

Step 4

The Merchant will proceed with the redemption process on their side and you will be notified once the redemption is complete. That’s it! Enjoy offers!

Note:

If you have set a PIN, you will be asked to input PIN on the Merchant’s App. For those with a Vivify Card, your PIN is the last 4 digits of your card number.
Redemption will only be successful if you have sufficient Tokens.
