Viver Redemption at Events :
Using Collaborator App to scan Viver’s QR Code at Events
For certain Vivify Events, the Viver will need to make a voucher redemption before the event and an event representative will need to confirm the use of the voucher by scanning the Viver’s QR code. The Viver’s QR code can be found on the Vivify App. For the Vivify Card, it is printed on the back of the Card under the Viver ID.
Step 2.1
Redeem a new voucher for Viver.
Tap on the + or – boxes to increase or decrease the number of vouchers required for redemption.
Note: If the Viver has insufficient Tokens, you will not be able to proceed to the next step.
You can ONLY either make a redemption to use a redeemed voucher OR redeem a new voucher for the Viver in 1 transaction at a time.
Then tap on Checkout.
Step 2.2
Redemption to use a Viver’s redeemed voucher.
If the voucher has been redeemed prior to the event, it will be shown on the redemption page.
Tap on + beside the voucher to select the voucher. It will turn red once selected. To unselect, tap on it again.
You can ONLY either make a redemption to use a redeemed voucher OR redeem a new voucher for the Viver in 1 transaction at a time.
Then tap on Checkout.
Step 3
Confirm redemption by tapping on Confirm.
Note: If the Viver has a PIN set, you will need the Viver to input their PIN on your App.
